How do I save or reset my progress?
If you don’t have a Poki account, your game progress is saved in your browser cookies. Keep in mind that cookie blockers or private browsing can stop your progress from being saved.
If you ever want a clean start, you can clear your cookies, but that will also reset your progress in all games on Poki.
If you do have a Poki account, your progress is safely stored online. 💾 Need to reset it? Just email us at hello@poki.com. It’s not possible to reset progress for single games.
How to play Poki games?
You’ll find ‘How to play’ instructions under every game. When you are on a phone or tablet you can find them on the same page where you selected the game: just scroll all the way down to see “How to play”.
How do I control the sound in a game?
Look for a gear ⚙️ or sound icon 🔊 in the game. If you’re on a computer, you can also “Mute” the browser tab you're using.
How do I make the game fullscreen on Poki?
Many games can be played in fullscreen on your computer. When that option is available, you’ll find an expand button in the bottom right of the game screen.
How do I report a bug or problem with a game?
If you spot a bug, just click the flag button in the bottom right of the game screen when you’re on a computer. A pop-up will appear where you can tell us what went wrong.

Why is Poki not loading?
Oh no, Poki is not working?! 😥 First, check that your internet connection is stable and that you are not playing in incognito mode. Then, turn off any ad blockers. If things still look weird, try refreshing the page.

Why is Poki blocked in my school?
Some school Wi-Fi networks block access to gaming websites to keep you focused on school work. 📚 This is something we can’t control. But you can still enjoy Poki games from your own device at home.
